Employment Law

We provide legal services in all aspects of employment law including reviewing and drafting companies’ internal rules and regulations, employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, release and mutual termination agreements.

We assist our clients on performance management, management of termination, collective redundancy, restructuring of workforce, transfer of business and collective bargaining processes and on protection of employers’ personal data and IP rights.

We also provide litigation services in disputes arising from employment agreements, Employment Law, Turkish Law of Obligations or workplace practices including reinstatement cases and claims regarding severance and notice payments, salary, overtime and annual leave payments, mobbing cases, compensation cases for loss of support due to workplace accidents, pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages, violation of non-compete and confidentiality obligations as well as recourse actions filed by Social Security Institution.
